I get asked often if there is a way to get bigger, rounder glutes without doing squats. My answer is yes. Here it is! Full step-by-step gym workout and video!

If you go to the gym during rush hour and it’s beyond packed, you know how hard it can be to get the machine you want for leg day. To avoid standing around for 10 years waiting for the guys in the squat rack to quit texting and do their set already, sometimes you have to get a little creative!
