Free Printable Daily + Weekly Planners! (Free Download)

Free Printable Planners

To celebrate the new month, I have some free gifts for you!

Hey ya’ll! Happy first day of September! I’m starting out this new month with some goodies for you! I have put together four different free printable planners! In this post, I’ll go through them all and tell you why I created them, and how I use them every day! At the end of the post I’ll show you how to download them!

I have four different planners/organizers in five different colors! My favorite color is the Mint Green, so I’ll be showing you that one! But there are lots of other colors to choose from when you print your own!

Below I have examples of how I use each one! (Put don’t worry, yours will be completely blank to fill in yourself!)

Daily Fitness Log

I created this free printable to be able to keep track of mainly workouts, calories burned, and water consumption. I use this planner when I hit the gym I write down my resistance workouts, and the boxes below are for the amount of weight used and number of reps for each set. I also keep track of my cardio using my FitBit. There is room here for two types of cardio, so one could be your warm-up and cool down (as shown in the example), or you could keep track of an A.M. run and a P.M. workout class or home video. It’s completely up to you!

This is a very helpful planner for keeping track of all of your workouts to get to your fitness goals. It’s also great to keep track of the workouts given to you by a coach or trainer to gauge your progress!

Daily Meal Planner

This is the perfect planner for anyone who wants to lose weight or stay in shape. I created this planner for myself to be able to keep track of all of my meals and calories consumed. It’s no secret that to lose weight, you typically need to expend more calories than you consume, so in other words, if you know how many calories you need to eat, you also know how many calories you need to burn off to reach your goals.

This is a great planner for keeping track of macros (protein, carbs, and fats) throughout the day, as well as being a great option for planning meals. You could use this planner a day in advance to be able to calculate everything that you’re going to eat the next day to ‘fit’ into your macros, so that you know you’ll be on track and there’s no guess work involved.

Daily Planner / To-Do

If you know me at all, you’ll also know that I have just about 15 to-do lists all happening at the same time throughout the day. I have one for my groceries, one for my immediate to-do’s, general to-do, my daily schedule of events, appointments that I need to make, my goals…the list goes on. I decided to make one daily planner that could take the place of all of those and consolidate them!

I use this planner every day. In the mornings I decide what my goals are going to be for that day, I lay out anything that I have going on for my schedule, and any tasks that I need to get done, and any notes for the next day or any things that I can’t forget!

Weekly Planner

I need to see my week all in one place. Daily planner are great to focus on for each day, but it makes it easier to see one layout of everything I have to do for the entire week also. I created this planner to essentially lay out any important items for the week, whereas with the daily planner, I take the week’s tasks and break them up into tasks for each day so that I’m not overwhelmed.
