A quick and easy, yet totally delicious treat, perfect for breakfast OR dessert. Continue reading for my simple blueberry key-lime parfait recipe!

I was simply rummaging through the fridge after dinner the other night looking for something healthy to  satisfy my sweet tooth, when I came across a couple ingredients that sounded like they’d be a good choice… and not even that they would necessarily even taste good together… I just needed SOMETHING… However, I was wrong.. best combo EVER.

SO simple… yet SO good.

Here it is folks:

1 palm-full fresh blueberries (29 cal, 0g fat, 7g carbs, 0g protein)
50g Kind Honey Oat Clusters (220 cal, 7g fat, 36g carbs, 4g protein)
1 container Chobani Key-Lime blended yogurt (150cal, 3g fat, 19g carbs, 12g protein)

I put two-three tablespoons of the yogurt at the bottom of the bowl, then stacked the granola on top, then added the rest of the container of yogurt on the top of the granola, then finished off the delicious treat with a sprinkle of blueberries on the very top!

Wam Bam, Thank you Ma’am!

I actually created it all myself. Hiring someone to make one for me wasn’t in my budget, but it was a lot of work!
