Loaded with protein, fiber, and healthy fats, these protein bites take only a few minutes to make and only 5 ingredients!

My style of cooking is easy and quick. Those are my only two requirements. You won’t find me slaving over a hot stove all day long to make anyone a Thanksgiving dinner. The way I see it, you eat the meal in only a few minutes, so why spend any longer cooking it? Let’s just say I have some work to do to become wife material. But for now, we will stick with easy recipes.

No Bake | 5 Ingredient | Peanut Butter Protein Bites

I’ve been loving this simple, protein-packed snack, but, just a warning: these go quickly! I find myself snacking on these CONSTANTLY. My first batch was gone in the first 48 hours. I really have to work on saving them and not just popping one into my mouth every 15 minutes. They are SO good.

What you’ll need:

2/3 cup creamy peanut butter

1/2 cup semi-sweet mini chocolate chips

1 cup old fashioned oats

1/3 cup ground flax seeds

2 tablespoons honey

1/8 cup Nutella hazelnut spread

Combine all ingredients into a medium size bowl.

Stir until combined.

Place in the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes.

Remove from fridge and roll into 12 bites and store in the fridge for up to a week.

See? How easy was that? These little protein bites make great day-time snacks and are high in healthy fats and fiber.

I love these because you can change up the ingredients SUPER easily. You can add dried cranberries, raisins, cinnamon, coconut shavings…etc.

These are also great for those intense workouts, when you need a little extra recovery calories afterwards.
